A HAPPY NEW YEAR
あけましておめでとうございます。
昨年は頸椎ヘルニアからの腕の痛みシビレでほぼサーフィンできませんでしたが・・・
ストレッチのおかげか？
今は数年ぶりに痛みから解放されてます。
冷やすのは良くないと聞くので、冬の日本海surfはしばらくお休みして
太平洋の小波のFUNな時にでもリハビリで始めようと思ってます。
